Anyone here ever heard of this? Seems it has been on a while (is free btw) - since 2002 and seems to still be going strong.

Just looked into it - have yet to play. Want any clues from anyone that may have tried this.

Anyone?:help:

Oh, is at:

For those interested. :wizard:

Btw, the present MP "game" started 7Aug07, ends this Nov. Clans (guilds) and all.
Well, was sorta hoping some would check this out and some leader type form a clan (geld or such) - anyway, it is time intense and sensitive - so sure understand why no interest though. I suppose.

Look, all I'm asking is that atleast one of the more die hard players that grasp this type of game playing look in on it.

Those here that have played in MP games with and against me in STW and MTW's will tell you I'm a real newb - but, fast learner. This one, however, has me more than a bit confused (I suck).

Would like to not be the only newby that sucks. :help: :laugh4:

Looks like a cross between Utopia (and a mage only version) and the magic system of Magic the Gathering (five colours, 2 of which are opposing)...

So this is browser based isnt it?

Browser? Got me. It is strange to me, but am beginning to get the gist of it - all but how to stack my units (which po's me to the extreme). Am learning some what through trial and error - when you lose units (say war elephants) that cost (geld - $$) a bunch through a bidding war in the magic alley because you failed to set up circumstances for support - you learn.

Still, have learned setting up defenses - and that buying items is a good thing. Regardless, I remain a newb.

Is more of a curiousity than anything for me - would be better if it had a map, but since it is free (except for donations) who am I to complain. Especially when the overlords of the game protect newbs from being destroyed (can't even be attacked for the first 200 moves) by the mighty since one can only attack those within a -+30 standing of themselves - the top ten are limited to attacking amongst themselves.

Is that browser?:sweatdrop:

Is that browser?:sweatdrop:
Browser game means you play it in your internet browser, nothing more. ~:)

Well, been attacked numerous times in the Apprentice (oops, error) server - have survived but my attacks seems futile. Reason is, those that attack me generally send in their mates first and then attack (seige) and grabbed up some of my lands by overwhelming the remainder of my forces so I suffer more loss from them.

Got totally wiped out by a superior mage - was totally illegal btw (you are suppose to be able to attack those in a 30 power range equal to your own) - this guy must have used up all his spell power to attack me. So, I found out whom his enemies were and advised them. :2thumbsup:

Looks like once you begin an attack do so first with magic and then with troops - still, am clueless. Have yet to find any allies and am hesitant about joining a guild (clan).

Any gamers with advise?:sweatdrop:

Giving it a whirl on apprentice server. I'm ShieldSquirrel (#1238)...

OK! Papewaio, remember no one can attack you the first 200 moves. Good Luck!

Right now I'm under seige by #554 - Ladon. Somehow we won the first battle - even though he lost more troops of higher quality. Not sure I grasp the equationing of battles. Dropped from being ranked 332 to 479 or something, only lost 48 acres?

Oh, I'm #1082 - KafirChobee, as always (well, mostly).
#1082 got murdered.
Am now #1466 - will be a long rebuild. GaH!
