Normally people like me shouldn't be modding, as it's far too dangerous. But I did it anyway, and obviously I ran into some problems (which, I bet will be easely solved).

I'm working on the faction Savoy for a 100 Years War mod and me, being the photoshop wizard I am, asked others to do all photoshopping on the icons and such. However I did do the factions banners myself (as they don't require difficult shadows and the like). They work great now, they even look good, but there's one problem:
When the units start to rout the banner does not begin to flash. So the question is: which file takes care of that, and how do I get it to flash again?

Did you describe them in descr_banners_new.xml? I think faction banners need an entry there for new factions.

Ah, I bet that will be it, thanks m8. Will do that monday or so, I'll be back if it doesn't work (knowing myself I will be back).

mmmm I just read Duke of Serbia's tutorial which has something about this in it, and if I understand correctly you only need to describe them if you are making a new faction, which is not happening in my case, I'm simply editing Milan (files for example are still named the banners are still named: Faction_banner_milan.texture and Faction_banner_milan_trans).

Ah, no idea then. I had the impression you were adding a faction.

No no, that would be far too difficult for me.

I guess I coloured the transparancy banner the wrong way around.
