Strange bug!?

I have this strange "bug" if you can call it that way, when i try to play Kingdoms. When i am on the battlefield, and i use my keyboard for directions ( Up arrow, left, down, right ) the concolse (~) pops up and automaticly resets some of my options, it mutes my sound it also opens the menu where i can pick to use Total war keyboard set up or FPS style. When it happens on the Campaign map it automaticly loads my last safed game. This makes it impossible for me to play the game, i also looekd at the controls setup, and cant see anything wrong with it so far. Does any one else have or had the same problem and can someone help me ? I can also post some screenshots if needed.

Do you have a wireless keyboard?

If so, try updating your drivers - it seems to work for some people with that problem...

I dont know how to update my drivers, well i know how to do it, but i dont know the keyboard that im using. ill just try to put my old wired keyboard on, see if that helps.
