Ive played EB for awhile and never played as rome only greek factions. Im in 239BC with the polybian reforms. Ive searced through the site and find the answer to my question, when all the reforms come, and found 209BC for polybian and 107?BC for Marian. If thats true why do i have the polybian in 239BC?
No, its 242 for the polybian reforms. 209 is the unconditional requirement. To get them as early as you have you have to perform certain tasks, such as take certain settlements. Its all in the FAQ.

i need to know how i can obtain the skill; arrogans and expert recruiter, and for that matter all the other skills needed to make possible the augustian reforms. is there any programs that allow you to edit skills for your generals? thank you. Vae Victus!
Press the key below Esc, and you get a console. You can then use the give_trait command similar to this:
give_trait "Biggvsdickvs Romanvs" arrogans

i get an error message stating the the character cant be found. the character's name is Tiberivs Lvcceivs Briganticvs. he has superbus (arrogans) allready. but he needs skilled bureaucrate and expert recruiter. is selflessness a skill or is it selfish? the syntax for this should be:
give_trait "Tiberivs Lvcceivs Briganticvs" skilled_bureaucrate
give_trait "Tiberivs Lvcceivs Briganticvs" expert_recruiter
yes or no?
No. The middle name is without the space and uncapitalized, as Dickvs in my example. Oh, and find someone that already has the primary attributes needed, there are tons of stuff that depends on those that you probably don't want to muck with.
