I have noticed that some units did not seem to have much of an in-game effect when charging.
When I went through the EDU, I noticed that units with a missile weapon (including those with a precursor pila/javelin) have 0 for their primary weapons charge value.
If you look at the EDU Guide here at the .org

[charge] : Charge bonus of the primary weapon, added to the unit's attack when charging. As charge is slowed down and unit gets into 'proper' melee, the bonus stops being applied. Max charge bonus value is 63, as everything higher will be considered 63. Missile units should have this equal to their desired secondary weapon charge bonus.
I have looked through the EDU's of other mods and they do their charge bonus like this too.
I'm checking see if changing this has any effect as well as if it applies to cavalry units as well
