As the title suggests in the eastern provinces of the empire I have a LOT of 3's and 4's gov't buildings. Expect for Bactra (sp) and another province I have a type II & I because I can train the dreaded Phezetaroi (sp) :knight: However, in the other eastern provinces, ex-Pahvla, ex-Bactria, India lands what gov't should I make? Can I train Klerouchikoi Phalangitai in gov't III's?
I asks because there are only a few settlements were I can train the Phezetaroi and other Greek elites. The whole thing has me a more than a little confused. :dizzy2:
Thanks in advanced fellas
I believe Klerouchikoi Phalangitai are available in the factional MIC level 4, so you'll need a type II government.

In the east you should use Klerouchikoi Phalangites supported by native infantry, with Hellenistic cataphracts supported by Median cavalry. Worked for me. :2thumbsup:
i was reading this thread and it something struck me: i don't know how to get cataphracts. :P how did you get them?

In the current version the cataphract reform is triggered by the vanilla marian reforms, someone must build a huge palace in Italy.
