Hi Lucky_Shotz,
You can find an assorted set of Nvidia tools for Photoshop here (http://developer.download.nvidia.com/tools/texturetools/Photoshop_Plugins_8.23.0307.1915.exe). The set includes the DDS plug-in as well as some other tools which you may find useful.
