Is there a console command to make a specific event happen (I.E. World is Round)? I ask because I want to make the world round in my Spain campaign that I've beaten, but don't want to spend another 50 turns waiting for it.

So, is this doable, or am I out of luck?

Hmmm....
I am not sure, but I think I read somewhere a while ago, that MedManager might change the current date. Might have been rumor/promotion, might have been true.

For a new game though, you can change the date it happens manually. For that I have a tutorial (first link)

Right, I read that guide, but I really don't want it to come earlier in my campaigns; I just want it to happen in my Spain game.

I'll try MedManager if there's no command for it, thanks for the suggestion.

Every event in the game is listed in a file. Not only guns but plague, Mongols and so on.This is in data/world/maps/campaign/imperial campaign/descr events (not sure about the spelling). So in descr events file is a list of events and dates. Note that the dates are in years and not turns, and are not influenced from the time scale. Some events have 2 dates, so the event hapends between them.So gunpowder comes around date 220, that means turn 110 on normal scale. Change the numbers(to 1-5 for example) and have fun. SAVE the file before moding.

Right, I know, but that doesn't fix it for my spainish campaign, and I just want to activate the event, not move it for any future games.
