Hi

Recently iv'e created my own campaign map with many custom made cities, all of them work, ie, i can assault them with my army's, but one city wont let me do this:sweatdrop: . I dont know why this is, when i put the mouse cursor over the city to try and invade it, a red cross appears instead of the usual icon, so basically nothing or no one can invade; send emisaries or spies.
The city in question is one i made myself (Glasgow) the only way i can own the city is by waiting for the scotish faction to conquer it, then send my diplomates to a scotish army or family member, and buy it from them.:furious3:

Can anyone help me find out what the problem is, it's the only city on my map that wont function correctly, and i dont really want to start a new map, this one took me ages to make!

Thanks:help:

It's probably placed on an invalid tile. Try moving the location of it in map_regions.tga.

Ah yes, you are correct, it was in a low mountain region. But this has caused another problem, when i move the city to flat unocupied land, the game wont start. This also happens when i try to remove the city from the map all together. god this game can be frustrating!

A solution would be to remove Glasgow (if you can) and put Dumbarton in its place. Dumbarton was the capital of Strathclyde in the time M2TW is set in, Glasgow didn't even exist then. Dumbarton will just be a tile or two to the west of Glasgow, you'll find it on modern maps.
