Help! about multiple unit selecting at battlefield..

In STW, "holding Ctrl+click several units consiquently" works as selecting multiple units, for group...
And, "holding Ctrl+double clicking a type of unit" for selecting all the unit that is same type.

But, in MTW, both control DO NOT WORK.
Is the problem only for me?

control-click works fine for me. on the 2nd one, someone else reported that that one was somewhat intermittent at times, so i dunno about that one.
