hehehe....the answer is always, 'because'. :)
first and foremost, NO game ever comes completely bug free, or at least not one of this magnitude. there's always something that isnt quite right.
the second thing is that 'right' isnt always defined the same way, person to person. opinion, considerations, historical knowledge, and so on, all 'taint' our views of things. i'm more than sure we're going to see some running historical 'discussions' about certain aspects of the game.
and thirdly, you've always got the 'what if' folks out there that wonder what would have happened if and wish to find out.
and fourth, because i can :) sometimes that's really all there is to it.
we've been hounding the dev guys since just about day one of shogun. we see all of the potentials that this game has brought about. the dev guys can just do so much in each release and then they have to pay the bills or are just bored to death with tweaking bits and bytes, so a new game gets released.
the process then starts all over again. we see what they've given us, see more potentials, mod what we can ourselves, and go back to hounding the dev guys again. it's one of those love/hate relationships :)
