Can someone direct me to a changelog?

Before I get Kingdoms, I'd like to know what has been fixed/changed/added
and basically how it is different from the orginal m2tw.

However I haven't been able to find any information on this, can anyone direct me to an online manual/changelog/thread that has the information that Im looking for?

Thanks for the reply but I was looking for the change in gameplay difference
in Kingdoms and M2TW, not 1.2 and 1.3.
