As quick as possible, What is the name of the last patch and where to get it

I have over 4 files in my M2TW update directory due to not deleting the last ones. So my questions are

Today I bought Kingdoms, with the last patch you had to do a fresh install, with Kindoms is this true as well?

What is the name of the last patch?

Is there a major patch for Kingdoms yet or just play from the install?

I believe installing Kingdoms patches your game from 1.2 (last patch for the Grand Campaign) to 1.3. Wanted to get a quick answer in since it sounds like your sitting there waiting to find this out before you go ahead and install. :D

Thanks, I am going to install Kingdoms right now.
I finally got my taxes back so I did a complete rebuild on my system (Only spent 400 to get a 4800 Athlon, 2gb DDR2 Ram and a new Geforce 8500GT PCIE card) because I was very tired of my graphics and needed to go from AGP to PCIE. I can't wait to try it out.

My old system was a AMD SEPRON 2000+ with 1GB DDR Ram and a Geforce 6200FX card. Urggg, sold the parts to my friend for 50 dollars instead of selling them on eBay (Being Nice) for 200 and he turns around and frys the board when installing because is new power supply came with a different connector and he SHOVED it in the wrong hole. Urggg.
