Site tools did.

Although I prefered the lower bar before that.

Hmm, yes I noticed that. I do have to agree with you guys though - I did prefer the classical layout. I'm not quite sure, but perhaps there could be an option somewhere enabling the user to toggle from the classical view to the minimalistic layout?

BTW, the menus aren't correctly aligned on the navigation bar. It's only a minor issue, but it can make navigating through the menus rather difficult.

I hadn't noticed it until it was mentioned here to be honest.

IMO very annoying. It doesnt save any space, the areas of selection are messed up as well.

I'm also rather pessimistic about this new feature (https://forums.totalwar.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page). I do have my doubts over it's sustainability and what use we have for it, but those concerns are better left for another day.

I personally think it's a good idea. However, the sustainability is indeed in question. It depends on the number of contributors, and getting enough might be difficult.

It can be done (http://www.twcenter.net/wiki) (though personally I don't see the point of competition here, but meh) ~:)

At current though, I don't really see it's purpose - as I view it, the Modding Research Wiki fulfils all of our existing wiki requirements.

Well, it's only the beginning. A nice first page, admittedly.

I actually have hopes for it.
Oh, by the way, pever had created a wiki for the Org. There was a thread about it a while back here in the Watchtower, so some pages from there can be used here, maybe?

Hi Rodion Romanovich,
Perhaps this thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=88729) could help you.
Hope this help, cheers!

Interesting, just noticed this (https://forums.totalwar.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)the other day; I think it might be useful for the Org RTW side which doesn't have wiki function. Org RTW tutorials section is already well enough organised with its database that the linking functions of the wiki aren't that essential, but the ability to have everyone be able to add to lists could be useful. (what's known about character-trait effects, console commands, CTD's etc)

I found the TWC wiki very useful for writing up modding info, and that can obviously get used, but am a bit reluctant to keep linking to that persistently from the Org modding sections, as you are in the end effectively directing traffic off to another site.

I wonder if it did get going, whether anyone would contemplate interwiki (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Interwiki) linking ?
