No, but I ate a "Danish Ice Cream" in Rostock (Germany) once. It was a soft-serve vanilla ice-cream covered in cinnamon dust. It was a very strange experience, and I can't say that it was exactly bad, but I don't think I'd eat them very often. I'd say anyone who has the opportunity should try one, but don't expect it to be food-heaven.

I was hungry, so I cooked myself some cinnamon-roasted almonds.

1 egg white
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cold water
4 cups whole baking almonds
15x10 baking pan

Grease up a 15x10 inch baking pan (or use a non-stick pan) and preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix the cold water with the egg white and beat vigorously like it was a rebel settlement in RTW. Pour the mixture over the almonds in a large bowl and mix by hand until all almonds are evenly coated. Sift the salt, sugar, and cinnamon together until well blended. Put the almonds in a large tupperware container and then pour in the sugary mixture. Close the container and shake dat bootay until well blended. Spread almonds evenly over the greased (or non-stick) baking pan and put in the oven for one hour.
