Battle speed preference

Is there a way to save battle speed settings, instead of adjusting it manually for each battle? I looked into .cfg file, but didn't find anything.

You can use a keyboard shortcut to toggle the game speed.

There's no keyboard shortcut for fine tuning the game speed, e.g. for playing at 0.8x.

You can do it in Kingdoms and vanilla 1.2. Hold SHIFT and click on the "+" or "-" icon, and you can change the battle speed in 0.1 steps.
