I am playing the Gauls. In a province where a Sacred Circle of Epona exists, I got the option to built that thing named in the topic. It appears as a Roman army barracks in the icon and detail and the description text says the following:

"WARNING!!! This text should not appear on the screen."

I recently demolished a Sacred Circle of Esus because the province opened up as a frontier against the Numidians. Is Esus mad at me?:help:

Don't worry about it - it's a bug. The building you are seeing shouldn't belong to any factions in the Barbarian culture group, so it doesn't have a proper description or graphical image.
