How do you get or avoid these? DD once said reduce taxes but I already reduced it to normal and I still get it a lot. Stuff like artistic pleasure, gambling, deep faith, smuggling, corruption, etc. are all prevalent in my kingdom and my governors keep getting it. I don't seem to get the good ones though. How do I avoid these stuff and get the good ones?
I build farmlands and trading posts in lots of lands and my king always gets the good trader and good steward virtues but all my governors get are bad ones.
