How do I re-install EB without un-installing?

I'd like to install EB to my desktop just so that I can grab some of the vanilla files from it (I lost my backups) so that I can play MP. Unfortunantly this seems impossible to do with the EB installer. Does anyone know how I could?:help:

Get 7-Zip. It's free. Then unpack the installer with it.

At least that's what Bovi recommends everyone who wants to restore one particular file they fiddled with to the point it got broken beyone repair... ~;)
