Hello board! This is my first post.

ME:
I am an old school Shogun player from way back (I own and still play the board game version). Also, am a table-top war gamer from way back (yes - i paint all my own lead)(My greatest wargaming success: I made people respect the African Moors circa 1300 a.d. -- no one respects light cavalry)

I have just started playing shogun on line with my buddy from sweden. Also, i have just stumbled across your forum here.

YOU:
This is great. I can totally tell the difference between the .org and other forums. I can't believe (ok, i can believe) that i have FINALLY found a group of folks who know as much about ancient battles as you guys! Very refreshing.

Now we can all have some nice discussions regarding who was the Greatest Captain of all time, etc.

ON LINE:
I usually play at 9pm pacific time (its 6am for those swedish guys). Hope to see you all around.

Welcome Blackwatch. Be careful with the flattery though, there's too much about at the moment and we're getting big heads http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

i'm making a personal note not to inflate cat's head any further, in case the .Org needs to make an expansion on the site to include it :P
