Palestine and Templar Knights ...

It says that Palestine gives you a +1 valour bonus to Templar Knights trained there but as far as I know, you cannot train Templar Knights anywhere (they are only formed by crusades) ... so what does this mean?

probably that templars in crusades formed in palestine would have a valor bonus...

It doesn't apply to teutonic knights in Preussia. (the same thing as palestina, but for teutonic Knights.)

What about the regional Gothic Foot Knight bonus??? They are always created as mounted...
