I've played 4 campaigns and haven't seen them yet. Not even in the custom battle. Lithuanian cavalry too! I've also found out that Hospitaller Foot Knights aren't available in the campaign (or just mine perhaps). And even if you have all the buildings required, Gothic Foot nights can't be trained...
GAH!
Some units appear only by the grace of God... whether through a crusade or a jihad.
Set about to slay the infidels in the name of your god, and you will find yourself loaded with eager Jihad-Johnnies.

You misunderstand Vanya, Hospitaller foot Knights don't even appear during a Crusade. And you can train Gothic foot Knights if you have the right facilities.
Not even by dismounting Hospitallier Knights?
