im jw but what exactly do u have to do and how long do u have to wait for these gallic reforms? btw im trying to change the year but im not sure if there's any settlements that's needed to be taken so i dunno if i can test it

You have to wait till 210 bc for the first reform to happen I think. Couldve been 220. Its on the F&Q

About changing the date there should be a thread somewhere in the unofficial mod section.
