I usually avoid bribing generals in my campaigns, but today I reloaded a long abandoned AS savegame and bribed a baktrian army with two generals. I looked at the family tree to see who had adopted the new guys, but could find only one of them, the one that had led the bribed army. Although my FM-tree is pretty big I've looked through it several times, but couldn't find the other guy. Also the overview tells me I have 162 living FMs, but I've counted them (yeah I was bored ;-)) and can only find 161.
I think I remember bribing two generals in some vanilla game a long time ago where they both showed up in the family tree, so this isn't normal, is it?

bribed generals don't appear in the family tree straight away, but can be adopted later, afaik

Ok, thank you. I always thought they would appear in the family tree immediately.

Wow...161 family members....talk about a micromanagement nightmare. :dizzy2:

It is a nightmare, that's why I abandoned the campaign. Managing such a huge empire is quite difficult. Every turn takes at least half an hour...if there are no important battles.
