Go the site of your graphics processor manufacturer. You have either a Nvidia or an ATI GPU. Go to downloads and download the newest driver. There is an instruction on the site how to install the driver.

its memory issue. It appears that kingdoms is more fragile than m2tw when it comes to lack of free memory. previous games made a stop for few seconds, kingdoms just make CTD with error in such moments and it happens even when you make a save game

And to anticipate your next question VAE VICTUS, you can tell us how much memory you have installed by going to My Computer, right clicking on it, move down to Properties and left click on that. A box should appear and on the last line of it the amount of memory (RAM) you have will be reported.

Could you perhaps list all of your computer specs ?

What kind of videocard and processor do you have - and what's the amount of RAM currently installed on your pc? You can find this info by going to start --> run --> dxdiag.

Have you tried a full reinstall ?

:balloon2:
