My Sig/Edit

First off, WHy isn't my Sig working? I try to update it, and in limit,etc.., but it is not showing up (to me anyhow). and Second, why can't I edit my post, even though my last warning expired over 1 1/2 months ago?

How'd you get the Pika into your sig?

It's a smiley, called the "pokemon" smiley. :pokemon:

To get it, type this:

: pokemon : (without the spaces).

Or, you can search the smiley database, accessible by clicking on "more" at the bottom of the smiley list.

Just a completely unrelated tip here - if you want an item which is normally parsed to show in code, you can utilise the tags.

For example

Without "noparse" tags:
:pokemon:

With "noparse" tags:
:pokemon:

Its a very useful piece of code when creating demonstrations and instructions related to posting.
