I've just Installed EB after lots of recommendations...I have noted though a slight problem with the Building graphics, has anyone else ever seen this.
running 1280x1024x32
Asus GTX 8800
latest drivers????

*Note the gfx's in the red box....pixelated!!!!!
They appear as the engine allows them too your desktop resolution is higher than the one RTW was thought in mind with 1024x768 (not 100% sure though).
They do show up similar when I play.

Well that worked, reset the game res to 1024x768x32 the gfx are perfect!
So the game will not run on higher res's without gfx distortion?????

I love having high resolution, so I always have crappy looking UI pictures too. :embarassed:

But switching to 1024*768 screen res might stretch things a bit as well...
Hence: what I do is adding the -ne switch to the target line, the one that reads
"...\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -nm -show_err"
So mine reads now:
"...\RomeTW.exe -mod:eb -nm -show_err -ne"
In the video options I specifiy the resolution as 1024*768 for both campaign & battle with a 32bit instead of 16bit colour pallete.
-ne runs it windowed so if your desktop is higher than your in-game resolution you will run it windowed if it's the same you'd get the toolbar to pop up if you click the bottom part of the screen... I don't get it Tellos.
