Just wanna say first off - Awesome Mod (took me away from MTW2)!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Now my question - My generals seem to NEVER gain any command stars (Ive played 3 games and Ive seen 1 of my generals gain 1 star)...so what gives? Is this a feature?

Yes, it is a feature. Moral bonuses are used instead of command stars. Moral is more predictable on the battlefield do the the complex way command stars work.

Aaaah, the classic question.

Just wait until you have a badass general who gives +6 morale to all troops on your battlefield....

You'll appreciate the system after a while, although it takes some getting used to.

Check your key Generals traits often to spot the morale bonus's, etc.
There's alot to EB, marching a General to his max distance will effect morale after awhile(EB script). whilst adding detail and roll play it's a pain for a large Empire as you can't order a General from one place to another directly(taking several turns, but the AI moving you each turn). Instead you will have to keep tabs on a huge Empire, and remember every Generals movements, this gets difficult when there can be several battles after end turn, and you then have to remember all the movements over wide areas(ie, the Seleucid Empire)

I have changed the trait and ancilleries that stars are added and substracted when a trait or anc. adds or substracts moral, save for shortlived things like "well supplied". It does not change the gameplay in any notable way (in fact the stars don't do so much in battle) but makes it easyer to find the good generals instead of checking all traits of your 43 family members.

I suppose that there will be major changes to the trait system in EB 1.0, so I will upload the mini-mod when I have redone it for 1.0.
