Can't uninstall

I'm trying to do a fresh install of everything, but I'm having trouble uninstalling EB specifically. It asks me to wait while it requires the gathered information, but then when the progress bar reaches full a timer comes on that reads 0 seconds remaining and it just sits there. Is it actually doing something? Or is it frozen? What is going on?

If by "everything" you mean also the RTW game, then my advice is: uninstall RTW first, then delete the whole directory that remains; restart the machine and follow the installation of RTW and EB as described.
