An if yes what?
No. You can verify this by opening the installer with 7-zip and see there is no vanilla Data folder.

Then hows that possible that i cant run any parallel mods even with the old exe? I know that youve modified the exe... ? btw ;)

I mean that I had EB8.1/Napoleonic mod/Chivalry mod/BI/Alexander/LotRTW all running alongside without problems...
Today Ive downloaded EB1.0 I made a dummy folder and but a RTW exe in it created in 2004....so EB istalled and didnt output any data folder just EB folder and the new RTW exe...
After that Ive played EB for quite long and tried to play LoTR and had this error:
https://img225.imageshack.us/img225/7332/56254758ob6.png
Now It does this with all other than EB even BI and Alexander and vanilla RTW...Maybe the new EB made exe modified anything in teh vanilla data? Ive even tried with my old exe same thing...
EB does not change the exe file. Install EB1.0 in a clean 1.5 RTW directory, as the instructions say.

Then why does it come with a new exe installed over the old one?
It. Does. Not. Change. The. Exe. File.
It. Does. Not. Come. With. A. New. Exe.
The contents outside of the EB directory amount to:
EBv10.msi
ebicon.ico
Europa Barbarorum v10 Full.rtf

If it doesn't change the data, why the insistence on a clean 1.5 installation as opposed to simply deleting the old EB and reinstalling?

I didnt do a clean install...and i've got 3 other mods installed
The insistence on a clean 1.5 RTW is because so many people have all kinds of missing and changed files in their vanilla installation. By making a clean 1.5 RTW, we eliminate all those problems.
EB uses some vanilla files, of course.
