:2thumbsup: I had almost not believed that this mod would be finished.
It seems now I´ll have to get Alexander TW after all...
Which reminds me, can I install Alexander when I have the RTW/BI Gold edition?
Downloading nevertheless.

I'm curious to know how many ".orgers" have given this mod a try. I have read some of the info on it and it sounds very impressive. I don't currently have the Alexander expansion but I'm certainly entertaining the idea of getting it, just to give this mod a try. As I understand it, it is a beta...so I'm just curious as to how it plays in it's current beta release? In terms of stability, campaign, etc..etc..Any comments or opinions would be appreciated.

Its quite stable and most complete...It just needs ironing some minor nongamebreaking bugs and architecture (which is a nightmare for any total conversion) and it will be 100% complete...

Quite an excellent conversion! Only bugs i've seen in my first hour of play have been that the Gondor faction seems to have Orc factions speech when you select characters on the campaign map (The "meats back on the menu" speech). I might have to have a good read through their forum and see whats up :)

so this installs into Alexander?
Yes, completely modfoldered (bar the intro video, but a .bat file that backs it up is provided) in Alexander.

No I have a Rome Directory with FATW (which creates a subfolder for FATW) installed into it. Can I safely install LoTRTW into that directory?
Yes, LoTR:TW will be installed into a custom RTW/Alexander/lotr-tw folder, so it will not affect anything else, except for RTW's intro.

I have to ask - will there be a LOTRTW 3? If not, can you make a historical battles patch?
I believe a v3 will be released soon. And with custom builings and some historical battles.
