I'm playing 1.0 now and while trying to do a custom battle...i'm scratching my head....more than likely I screwed something up, but the unit trees are interesting:

1. The Koinion Hellenon no longer have the Massalian Hoplites, while other factions still do...also, they can't get the Bosphorian archers w/ the Theuros shield...their new phalangite is also absent from the custom battle unit tree.

2. The Romans have NO Roman units (Triarii, Principes, Legionnaires,) ...just the troops they can recruit in provinces outside of the "Roman sphere of influence"

3. The Elephant hunter hoplite is absent from the Saba custom battle unit tree...

That's all i've really discovered so far, but i'm wondering if I fucked up something with the installing or if these things are intentional. Help needed plz!

btw, I love all of the new units....they make me very happy.

It pops up right after the install. Its also in the root RTW folder

I actually cannot find the readme in the root folder to which I installed EB 1.0. Is there somewhere we can download it separately?

^ I'm checking the readme now, and it doesn't mention how to get the EDU for the custom battles to work... ?

It's in the root of the RTW folder.

I'm assuming, then, that you are referring to "Europa Barbarorum v10 Full.doc", as the only other file in that folder is the Readme from the 1.3 patch. If so, this EB file says nothing about any EDUs or custom battles.
