I love how most people just looked at you like you were crazy, without giving any real answers. :laugh4:

Probably because the words 1.0 are posted in 8000 different places around the forums.

Heh, AAR stands for After Action Report. That's when people post stories and pictures about an interesting battle or their campaign in general. Fun stuff, you should check them out. And hey, enjoy 1.0!

I assume you meant that you haven't noticed a difference.

Did you even play .8x?:inquisitive:

Every time I've started a campaign I've noticed several GLARING differences. I especially like the re-placement of cities (not replacement). Ambrakia and Thermon are all nestled into the mountains....I'm sure there is several more. I thought it was enourmously different i.e. better.

The only downside is that turns are somewhat longer now. I don't mind it though, really. If I was in a rush I'd be playing an RTS.

Anyway, enjoy your Pahlav campaign!

Wow. The Parthian governments have been completely redone, there are a bunch of new units in the area, new buildings and a new client ruler system. I must say you are pretty hard to impress. Would seeing Marian legions marching towards a stonewalled Celtic city, defended by Alpine phalangites, with Epirus coming to their aid with the spanking Indian elephants and new medium cavalry, chanting requirements for the reforms that turn Hayasdan into Persia and with the strange Irish humming in the background impress you? Let's see if the intro department is willing to fix you up with a video of it...

im not ungreatfull or anything, i was just saying there wasn't as many changes as i thought there would be. geez, say one thing on this forum and ppl just go wild.

Admetos

People don't just go wild, they just get a little bit upset when you say, after so many months of hard work and toil (voluntarily, not getting payed, doing this in their own free time when they could be doing other things), you say there are "a few new changes". When in fact they have created something many people would pay money to buy, and they are giving it to you for free.

Oh, I was just joking. Not accusing you or anything. Enjoy the game, and if you find bugs with Parthia, besides the problems in building paved roads, slay me. :2thumbsup:
