HELP PLEASE! Error 105

I cannot seem to install Medieval Total War.
I start the install process and get the
following message shortly after clicking on
the setup.exe or using launcher.exe

Setup is unable to find installation languages in D:\setup.lid file

Error 105

(D is my CDROM)

Any help you could give I would be VERY
greatful

Ahh. That's the "pirated copy" install bug.

Just kidding. Hope you get it figured out. The game is well worth the hassles.
