Looks like Kaeso, the tyrant of Bocchis and the Balearic Isles, is good at imitating Romans.

i have at Boccharis a Client King too (since still no troops for rome availiable here bevore Marian) and he is quaestor too.
but its the only of all client kings that has a roman office.
