playing as KH I conquered Epydamos from the epirotes and set up a level IV gov.
There was only one slot left in the city, and I was also training a unit of illirian coastal levies at the same time I installed the new gov. I also had the fleet right next to the city. as I clicked end turn, I saw the client ruler appear, but this time he was kicked out of the city and got into the boat.
So now I had a client ruler wich I could move around in a ship, but could he move on land as well ? Answer: yes, he could. I landed him back into the city to prevent any errors and found that he had some limited movement. Strange, huh ?
