hey all, I decided to try out the Apaches, and it came out well, I'm just after turn 50, and I have thunder braves, mounted apaches, and mounted thunder braves, but my empire already stretches from coast to coast, I own all of the states cept Florida, where the French (enemies) and English are. for some reason, my armies can't cross the middle of Florida, does anyone know why? also I'm long time allies with the Chichimec who share borders with me, Tlaxcala has destroyed the Aztecs, Chichimecs at war with Tarascans, and I'm allies with the Maya. any suggestions on what to do next?
Hey! No idea why you can't cross Florida. Next I guess would be to head South, and be prepared for thousands of stacks.

In my Americas campaign as the Spanish the Apaches took southern Florida and had a couple of huge stacks there. I assume that they marched there and did not unload from the mothership as other Europeans are wont to do in this campaign.

well the first time i played the campaign i didn't get mounted thunder braves ever. all i can say is the natives down south are a real hassle without em. like stated already expect a crap load of full stacks. i took out the chichimec the old fashion way but then went totally chicken on the taxcalans. just sent it about 10 assassins and killed all their leaders till they were elliminated. went ahead and tried the campaign again just to check out the MTB's and got them around turn 20. i can say they make all the difference. i put together full stacks of just them and then divided them into 2 groups in battle. one lead the enemy around while the other attacked to flanks and rear. by the time you run out of ammo you've almost anihillated the enemy even full stacks of eagle warriors and what not are mostly dead. then you just start hitting their rear and sides the break em and clean up.
