Loyalty checks on generals

After having put down a particularly serious revolt, I now do loyalty checks on my generals every year or two of gameplay. Those I suspect I order into the province that contains my faction leader, as the generals are not supposed to be able to revolt there. I then deal with them, usually with assasins, (Stalin style purges, if you will).

Is there any shorter or more convenient way of checking generals' loyalty?
