HElp, EB loads forever and eventually crashes even before it gets to main menui

i downloaded 1.0 adn the modesty patch, when i launched the game (with rtw cd in the computer), the EUROPA BARBARUM logo and some pictures:help: :help: :help: came up, where the creative assembly logo was in RTw, anyway, i waited for 20 minutes and nothing happened, eventually when i pressed enter it crashed !!!! help please

i have the same problem!

the installation was fine, no error, all worked, but when i start the mod, i stay @ the eb logo screen and have to restart my computer!

i tried the permanent fixes disaster and oppida, after that the map.rwm, added -nm to the shortcut and the check program says that i have missing, changed and added files! too mutch to copy all, i show maybe some important:

at the beginning:

Wolfi, your validation results say that you are using RTW Gold, and have BI in addition. I'll be making an option for that in the validator sometime.
