32 players online multiplayer? On the Wii? Excellent!

As a famous man once said, "Nothing is certain but death and WWII shooters, and I'm not so sure about death."
K, maybe a nice game but please tell me this are not the best graphics the Wii can come up with, they look a bit 2000ish on the screenshots in your link. :dizzy2:

Who would be mad enough to buy yet another Medal of Honour game?

I knows that, but those graphics look a lot older than what I expected, it may be just the game though.

The premise of MoH: Airborne sounds interesting, but honestly, the genre is getting old. I think by now that publishers would have gotten smart about not putting out a FPS on a Wii due to the craptastic games of the past (FarCry: Instincts and Red Steel). However, if they DO manage to pull off the game nicely with good control, it would be intriguing to buy, if only because you use a Wiimote rather than an analog controller.
However, the lack of achievements, the ones that 360 games have (and PC now, with the introduction of the Orange Box), is a major turnoff to me. I like working hard for that last unlockable, which makes games a lot longer lasting.

Well this one has 32 online multiplayer, a first on the wii, I was expecting a lot of shooters but for some reason that didn't happen. First person combat is rediculously fun with the wiimote, so precise and engaging, having any game that uses it is a win. If this is a succes more will follow.
@Husar, developers have been a bit lazy, anything the wii touches is gold at the moment, cheap cash-ins galore. The machine can do a lot lot more. Look at super mario galaxy http://www.gametrailers.com/game/2660.html it is simply gorgeous.

I just rented Airborne a few days ago, I'm glad I didn't buy it. Not because it's bad or anything, I really like it, it's just super short, I've had it for four days, played for three, and I'm currently on the second to last level on the hardest difficulty. What happend to the awesome campaigns of the orginal MOH or even the expansions.

I think there will always be a generation that hasn't played enough WW2 shooters.

The last couple of MoH's I've played all feel like the same game, with the campaign not even a days playing, and I am by no means a good gamer. Way to short for my liking, and overdone a lot. Going to try Red Orchestra.

Someone who has been drinking the Matt Cassamanasislaslaiavoealnreoij Kool-Aid from IGN.com. He's ecstatic about the controls.
Frankly, I don't give a Franklin. Another shooter. Whoopee.

Zero Punctuation has done a very funny review of it for anyone interested...

EDIT: beware of swearing. Sure, you already know those words, but apparently i could get in trouble for posting a link that repeats them.
You might want to put a language warning there, as usual with Zero Punctuation. ~;)

Well I think WWII shooters will never get old because they will just keep on getting better. The MOH series has been very well done, the locations have changed for some games which I think keep the games in high regards. The graphics on Airborne are quite outstanding and I thats what they traded for campaign length. They were more beating on people being blown away by the stunning surroundings that they will never want to leave the level. I think the MOH series was and still is great but should keep up and do what the Call of Duty title do and make the next game modern combat.
If you like the type of setting and mood you are in luck, but it's starting to get old imho. MOH and COD are quality games, but there is such a thing as too much. Modern Warfare is supposed to be awesome, after I beat Metroid Prime 3 it's mine.
I wasn't really overwhelmed by the Modern Warfare demo, it's linear, scripted and just like the WW2 games with different weapons.
