Creating a new campaign map, cannot create settlement

Hi,

I'm trying to create a campaign map and I'm stuck.

I created:
- map_regions.tga
- descr_regions.txt
- the region/city names file in data/text: imperial_campaign_settlement_regions_name or something
- the region/city reference file in campaign: descr_region_settlements_name_lookup.txt
- descr_strat.txt: all regions are referenced, rebels own all but 1 prov. Parthia owns the 1 province.
- I've checked that every region has the correct RGB value.

The problem is every time I load the campaign it says "cannot create settlement at line xxx." This happens even when I change the province that's on that line.

Can anyone help please?

Hm, I suppose you should have 2 factions in campaign...

you should have 2 factions, but that shouldnt give that error ... shouldnt ...

make sure you have named the characters correctly, I've been messing around for a day not long ago cause one of the last factions in my descr_strat had a name that wasnt available for it and it caused the exact same error as you describe, it could not create the very first settlement in descr_strat, or at least gave it as error
