He will constantly put his talking skills to work and humiliate you in class saying "stand up (my name)!" from there he will proceed to question you on how many girlfriends you have or if you have any. ugh i hate it when he makes me stand up.


he will make fun of your dad and his job.

make you get the pizza at the door during practice sarcasticaly congratulate you. then call you pizza boy.

yell at you if he has a headache, sometimes made people cry too.

unforgeting, unforgiving, only like those who shows absolute loyalty to him (when ur on the debate team).

also made a short classmate reach for a map high up (it was attached to the wall)

has made fun of ME several times, and where my dad works at.

one time to a friend he said "you lookin' skinnier there! you've been hittin' the crack pipe!"

bassicaly i wanna prank him at the end of school year.

I would like to say that you should stand up to him verbally, but you may not yet be able to put an adult, in an authorative position, in his place yet verbally.

So, why not turn the tables? Our hero thinks he should pick on minors. Well then, use your status of minor as a weapon against him. You got a cell phone, right? Video him when he humiliates 15/16 year olds. Make sure you tell him you are taping him. That should make him nervous.

If he yells or treatens you to stop filming, ask in front of the camera why he touched you in an inapropriate place that other time. That should make him really nervous.

You will get to take some heat, but at sixteen your at the point where you can stand up to sadistic old guys.

Dont know about the US but in Australia video taping the teacher or recording it is forbidden by law (correct me if im wrong.. But my eng teacher went psyco at the guy for it)

Generally I enjoy that kind of teacher but your one seems to be going too far. I hope you come up with good prank. Just dont go too far like smacking him.

That's a bunch of BS and you shouldn't have to take it.

I'm completely serious, if he's giving you that crap you need to bring his bosses to their trembling knees. Keep a list of what he does (video evidence as Louis suggested is good), get your parents involved and go to the school administration demanding he change, and leave subtle and not so subtle hints about suing for all kinds of reasons generated by his outrageous behavior.

I'd get a recorder, hide it for the first few classes so he does his normal thing, then bring the video into the equation.

Find out who is in his class, warn them about him, and advise them to record everything he says. Even tell several people in his class to do it. The more evidence the better. And have a recorder on during your class next to his. If you can hear his bitch mode in a different classroom then that is pretty good proof that something needs to be done about him.

Edit: LOL, great idea just came to me. Have everyone in the class bring a tape recorder. Then towards the end of class when he is on a particularily nast rant have everyone reveal their tape recorders all at once. I'd love to see the look on that :daisy: face when that happens

I agree with everyone. The way to fight these kinds of [flower people] is not a good punch in the nose, even if it'll make you feel better. Something more devious and sinister is what he deserves: get him through his boss.

Bringing in a recorder sounds like a great idea. Just ask someone you trust in that class to do it for you.

I fear there'd probably be some idiotic rules in the rule books that protect scums like that from recording though! :dizzy2: Students' rights is the greatest farce of the entire educational system after all. Get parents involved: unlike students school districts actually fear and respect them, a curiously animal instinct of self-protection if you ask me.

The tape recorder/video idea is good, but instead of going to his boss straight away, i suggest using the internets. Make an anomynous website, let several people post recordings, add a few confessions from students and anecdotes and then make sure someone with the kind of parents who like to be 'involved' in school tells his/her parents about it.

Generally, don't give them a chance to make a cover up what happened or to indentiy you as the driving force behind this.

If you have a teacher you trust, approach them and see if you can talk with them.

Good teachers are very protective of their students (even more so some of the gruff ones) and I've seen some go ballistic at teachers that have done inappropriate things.

Evidence is always a good thing too. Mind you it isn't uncommon that teachers know something is wrong but no one has approached them with a complaint (nothing formal for them to proceed on).
