Sometimes I can\'t choose which units to deploy?

When I have more than 16 units in a battle, sometimes I get to choose which ones are in the "starting line-up", but sometimes not. (the button at the top centre for swapping units out is not there) Does this depend on whether I'm attacking or defending? Or does it depend on which units I stack together under the same general? In some situations this is quite annoying because my default starting lineup are very depleted units or are mostly missile units, and I can't swap some of them out to get a more balanced / stronger starting line up. Any ideas?

Do you think, given time, that you'll be able to make a campaign editor as good as the one you did for STW?

Hi Doc,

Yes, I play EU2 too, but I'm only into my 2nd game. I played my 1st game as Austria, starting in 1492. Now I'm playing China. But my 2nd game is interrupted by the arrival of MTW. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif Now I'm still in my 1st campaign in MTW as the Danish starting in the Early Period.

Work is quite busy for me nowadays, so I don't think I will be able to spare time to write a campaign editor for MTW any time soon. Anyway for now I'd rather be spending what ever spare time I have playing MTW. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif Sorry! But if I do get around writing the campaign editor I will definitely send it to the ORG administrators to be shared with all.
