Vampires due to the sexy factor.

Grizz, you obviously have been gone for a longggggggg time. Octo-Squids are half octopus and half squid(like a liger is half lion and half tiger). It has to be the octosquids since they are the most likeliest threat that will happen to humankind or the world.
Right now as we speak, they are building a huge invasion force near the ruined ships of Pearl Harbor to invade the Japanese. We captured one of their scouts earlier this year or was it last year near Hawaii and have subjugated it to tortu...erm, to various scientific examination and have learned its secrets.
If the Japanese didn't start this sushi trend of eating their bretheren octopus and calamari, then we wouldn't be facing this end of the world situation.

Zombies! Vampires are only cool at night, werewolves are only cool once a month, and octosquids are only cool underwater. Zombies are cool any time of day, every day of the year, underwater, on land, and even in deep space. Nothing protects you from a zombie either, none of that garlic/silver/salt magic bullet nonsense.

Plus they only kill stupid people, which is a huge bonus in my book.

Zombies. I think the post-Romantic vampires we generally see are bloody pathetic, and Werewolves have been claimed by the furries. Octosquids deserve a sound spanking. Gahs come close behind the shambling corpses for which I voted.

Now if we make Werewolves the mindless critters of yore who kill everything left, right, and centre, I'd consider voting for them. So too if we were to restore the old image of the Vampire - a glorified zombie, with all the sex appeal of manure. Alas, I just don't see either happening. :no:

Vampires. Going by the 'original' myth, they can move around during the day, they just aren't as powerful.

Zombies are only a threat to some places.

Octosquids won't be around for 100million plus years (something everyone seems to forget) and if humans still exist will probably be able to destroy planets with our minds.

Having just read World War Z by Max Brooks, I'm going to vote Zombies.

Suitable for all enviroments, except deep freeze, and what they lack in braaaaaainssss they make up for in numbers and tenacity.

Also I don't get Octo-Squids, is this based off of something? Is Cthulhu an Octo-Squid?

The only thing that can defeat an octosquid would be a decasquid. Or two octosquids. 3 octosquids might also do the trick. A centumsquid however won't, as he would have to many arms to control. My money would be on the 7 decasquid ninja's though. The ultimate power combined wit the ultimate result of evolution...that's wicked, dude.

The zombies have no brain, are stupid, the werewolves, are half animal - half human, so again stupid, and the octosquids, are sea-food man. But the vampires have the experience of centuries of "unliving", so they are very smart, thus dangerous. And I'm from Transylvania, so naturally i go with them.

Octosquids arent gonna scare us. We are experienced from multiple Godzila attacks and if worst comes to worst.. Ultra man will come save us :yes:

The only problem is that the octo-squid can feel you chew it if they are eaten raw. They have collective memory in their genes and cells so if the cells are still intact, the pain is still felt and can be transfered to the overlord of the OctoSquids. Which grief would you want to bear for your race? That of being fried and lasting for mere seconds or being chewed on, swallowed, and digested in your stomach which can last to half an hour.
Besides...everyone knows that Godzilla is pet lizard for the OctoSquid overlord. Why do you think Godzilla has never fought anyone in a big OctoSquid rubber suit; its b/c it could not turn on its master. Godzilla is Octosquid's best friend.
For Ultraman, well the Octosquids can block the sun or something.
ATM, Ultraman is retired and has developed a talent for surfing and is enjoying the beach scene, [See Picture Below].

Oh no... Thats the grandpa Ultraman. Theres about 20 more out there who can help us.. Besides if America is Japans ally they can send us Superman and Batman to help us out.

If you go by the theory "enemy of the enemy is our friend."
Which means All godzilas enemy eg Mecha King bird thing, Gamela etc are all our friend when the Octosquids come attack us.

However I never ate Octopus or Squid Sushi in my life coz I hate their rubberly stuff. So if they attack us theyll spare me :beam:

Okay, I thought we were talking about those octosquids from some thread predicting the future of the earth in the far future from evolution, where the squids would be intelligent and swinging from trees in 100 million years.

And even if we are talking about the current octosquids, I still can't vote for them. Here in washington we've got lots of Orcas - Killer Whales. And it seems to me they'd just love to eat octosquids and so keep the coast near me pleasantly free of the hybrid beasts.

Not giant squids, but if Octosquid were going to try to invade the land they'd go right through the Orca zone of control. And Orcas are mammals, so they're on our side.

Plus we'll be sending wave after wave of zombies to slow the Octosquid advance! :laugh4:

Well, not everyone eat seals but we been eating another important food source of theirs. 96% of an Pacific Northwest's orca's diet comes from salmon and I think they just kill seals for the heck of it since sometimes after killing a seal they just swim on and leave it there.

So I guess, the orcas will ally with the octosquids and a small reason why is the sushi craze. Not all salmon meat goes into that industry but some does, so thank you, Japanese peoples for infuriating both the octosquids and orcas. While we're at it, let's get the Iranian Caspian sturgeons to ally with the octosquids since their roe/caviar is also used for sushi foods.:laugh4:

Well, at least Orcas can't march. The Octosquids would have to design the free flow water containment vessels for them to move on land. Knowing that we just have to get the jump on the development of 'upmersibles' to free the Orcas from the sea and surely they'll join us.

Or we could make them all into zombie Orcas. Easier to control that way.
