I was wondering if there was anyone that could help me with how to get the game to run automatic just for testing purposes and to check how the progress of other faction without the involvement of the player.

It was just a small change in the executing file when opening the program, but I can't remember it so if anyone could help me I would be pleased.

Example: "C:\Games\Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -show_err

What command should I add?

Add "-ai" to the end of your shortcut's target line, fire up a campaign and keep hitting that button. ~;) (Mind you, without quotation marks.)

The script won't work with -ai so you only get 2 turns/year, no money script etc I suggest getting an autoclick software and pointing the mouse to the end turn button then you can do something else.

The only thing that stops it are adoption offer messages sadly so you need to check on it from time to time...

Hey Redmeth, perhaps you could give him the link to the best choice for it? I gather you went through quite a handful of different programs before arriving at one doing the job well.
