What do these two things do (in the unit stats file)?

RegionIDtroopAdvantage
RulerIDtroopAdvantage

I *think* (fairly sure but not 100%) that the RegionIDtroopAdvantage gives the +1 valour bonus to troops of this type produced in the named region,
and the RulerIDtroopAdvantage makes the troop type cheaper for the named faction (25%?).
