as the rumour goes within teh Wolves Clan our Khan dont want any competition considering rudeness and arrogancy.
as for what i see your limited wordchoice and the way sentences are build people may find this like stacato and if ur commanding them. esp if people should know that u aint following a roleplaying element in this.
as from real-live experience the way u type -some- posts is full opposite how ur in real life. as people will notice soon if the go to teh meeting in thehague.
as our Orlok you are a nice guy, and a woman may find that even lovely, charming and warm.
but for a german, your english is good. keep posting and give it a chance to improve your english.
i love reading stuff by people with limited english :-)
so keep it up..

Koc, I can understand how some of the newer people here might see your posts as arrogant. However, after reading your messages here for the past year or two, I see only the spirit of your words. Your love of the game, your care and concern for the well-being of the STW/MTW community comes through quite clearly.
The words might not be the "right" ones all the time, but the message always is.

You speak better english than I speak german so....
If people get mad at you because they cannot understand that not everyone speaks english as a first language don't worry about them. They are small minded and not worth the worry.

I dont think it is arrogance just that as English is your second language you sometimes struggle a tiny bit to express yourself properly.

Khan,
The only time I've been a bit puzzled is when you've referred to the developers as "webmonkeys"...
I know you speak German, but some people might not. We all know you are a nice guy and not rude or arrogant. Try not to use the term "webmonkey" as it seems a bit rude to me...
I have always tot webmonkeys refer to those who build websites? Like Tripod.com has a webmonkey. ??

I don't mind non-english fluent people's posts, it's pretty clear what you meant to say and I have never though of you are arogant kocmoc

or i mean the Khans webmonkeys. those who keep up the several websites relating to our clan.

Please do not apologize, Koc.
Your language is very direct, and Krast enjoys that.
Too bad if some people are touchy.
theres nothing wrong with ur english koc, as cham said for a german, ur english is good
i cant speak any other language and for those of u that speak english as a second language do well at it online and at org. alot of the problem with understanding some posts, is that, us english(who mostly only speak one language)get to expect perfect english. at the end of the day its our fault for not learning other languages.
chin up koc, be proud of ur posts. if u posted in german, dutch or any other language, u would receive alot of huh? what? dont understand?. so theres np here http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
hhhhhooooowwwwwwlllllllllll
koc, sometimes your posts can seem arrogant but there is no need for an apology. i like very much your directness, we all know exactly where you stand!
however, thanks for this thread as it is now perfectly clear to everyone exactly what your feelings on this matter are http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
