Will French and Spanish still land more armies once they're destroyed

In my campaign as the Apache, I had the French land about 4-5 stacks in Florida. After duking it out with them, I not only got Mounted Thunder Braves, but also managed to eliminate them by forcing them into a fight in which 3 stacks of French participated in against me and I managed to kill all their leaders and quit.

Now, for some reason, Spain only had one faction leader left. So I tried assassinating him, and succeeded. Now all the European powers are eliminated. I was wondering if they will spawn anymore units, or are they just dead from now on and must be alive to have europe send more unit?

If that's the case, I think I'm going to reload so that Spain wouldn't be eliminated.

I am not certain but this is what the script looks like to me:
France sends 12 stacks no matter what.
The Spanish expeditions (Montejo, Coronado, Menendez) happen even if Spain is dead. Spain AI gets several smaller armies ONLY if Spain has territory.

In any case, the English land in Honduras (far southeast of map) turn 40-50, but that is the farthest point on the map for the Apaches to reach so good luck.

They come back if theres still scripted stacks to appear. I've killed off the French personally nearly 3 times (Faction destroyed message too) from what i recall

so where would their expedition land since they don't even have Cuba anymore?

Expeditions land in different places around the map... 1 near starting regions in Central America... 1 quite south east of whole map... And rest i don´t remember.
It´s quite foolish from AI to send king away from Cuba... I always kept him there to ensure better profits and public order there.

What perplexes me is the fact that even though spain had other conquistadors, as long as I assassinate their king, they go rebel and all their armies goes away?

I played as New Spain and Aztecs in the Americas and both times I had to deal with the English landing 3 seperate times and I had to eliminate them each time as they wandered around the board and were causing me some grief.

The English will keep spawning at least two more times with two or three stacks even if their fleets are all sunk. Talk about mojados!
