is there any?
i was looking for maps that'd show the borders change during 3 Mithridatic wars - conquest of Greece etc, but all i could find are general maps of Pontus, Bythinia...
thanks

If you have access to a first class library, try this book:

"The Foreign policy of Mithridates VI Eupator King of Pontus" by B.C McGing.

Though I've not read it yet, I'd guess it has those maps.

~ : Maybe someone who actually has this book can upload some maps ... well, if (c) allows it.

Thanks for the map Cinna. I'll pursue that direction when I eventually play a Pontos campaign. ~:)

Hello Mouzafphaerre,

I tried that last week on H/M and it was a debacle. But I'd guess I'm not a good enough player ...

Treverer, you just had no chance. Going this way while playing Pontos will bring you to war against the AS, Armenians, Sauromatae, and perhaps Macedonians or Ptolemys. But I'd really like to see a player who manages to to this and survive.

Ooh, thanks for the map. I hadn't seen any maps portraying Mithridates's Pontic kingdom, so, being linked one is much appreciated, especially so as I too, like delablake, love maps/atlases, and have found Mithridates to be an interesting figure.
