Hello im new to EB and i have a problem, I have just recently conquered Taras and Rhegion, but i cant build the Roman drill ground barracks in neither of them. i have italian regional government in taras and the nr 2 government in Rhegion, but i can only build the Support through local levy barracks, help me pzxzxzxxzxz lawl
